An Out of Province Vehicle Inspection is needed before you register your vehicle in Alberta. At Kirkham Automotive Ltd
, we have certified inspectors who can quickly get you back on the road.
Step 1: Purchase an Out of Province Vehicle Inspection Request (you will take this form to us for the inspection). You require proof of vehicle ownership (bill of sale or lease documents).
Step 2: Contact Kirkham Automotive Ltd
for an appointment and provide us with the Out of Province inspection form at the inspection time.
Step 3: Once completed (and the vehicle passes inspection), Kirkham Automotive Ltd
will provide you with an Out of Province Vehicle Inspection Certificate. The certificate is valid for 14 days from the date shown under the Date of Completion.
We offer Out of Province Vehicle Inspection for Teslas and motorhomes.
The inspection will take roughly two hours. We will closely examine every vehicle component, including electrical, fuel and exhaust systems, engine controls, powertrain, driveline, steering, suspension, tires, glass, wipers, defrosters, wiring and lights, and braking systems.
