Took my vehicle there yesterday (based on recommendations from others) and they were able to diagnose an issue we've been experiencing for a long time (but Hyundai "experts" could never figure out). Very promising. Gave them go ahead to do work, they said they'd have part ready to do the work today (Friday). Hadnt heard anything, so called at 4:09 to get update. No answer, but VM indicated they're open until 530 Monday to Friday. Left message and when didn't hear back by 4:45 called again, still no answer. Assume they're busy with customers, so asked someone to give me a ride over and arrived a few mins before 5. Walked into office and NO ONE is there. No sign of where my vehicle might be. As I'm inside trying to find a human, someone comes along outside and locks the yard gate, locking us all inside the parking lot (and me inside the building, apparently) despite friend driving and honking to try and wave dude down. Are you kidding me?! Eventually the alarm causes someone to come back. He says he doesn't work for any of the companies listed on the building but says the Kirkham guy left "a little after 5" which doesn't seem possible since I got there before 5 and no one's been answering the phones since 4. I did manage to find my vehicle inside during my wandering - it doesn't look like it's been worked on, but is sitting in a bay with the window down, collecting dust for the weekend, I guess. I'm beyond livid.
